A Tibetan prayer flag consists of five colors namely blue, white, red, green and yellow. Each color of the flag symbolizes n element. The red, blue, yellow, white and green Buddhist prayer flags represent elements like air, fire, water, earth and wind. They are put high above the roof. So that, they flutter in the wind. It is believed that they emit positive spiritual vibrations and they are believed to bring good lucks. We have specific time to put them up. And those are considered auspicious. We were able to give them knowledge about such things as well. What amazes us the most is their interest in learning more about other’s culture. That’s how we exist, accepting and respecting our differences.
